MY APPROACH

LIFE COACHING

When we work together, I will be your greatest cheerleader and most loyal supporter. I will be beside you through thick and thin, celebrating your successes and lifting you up when times are hard.

But I will also challenge you, push you to think about things that might make you feel uncomfortable, and look in detail at your roots, your core values and what’s holding you back. Be under no illusion – this isn’t easy.

My approach is always personal and utterly tailored to you. 

I love to oscillate between depth and lightness, which means that even in the most difficult moments, you might be surprised at how much we still manage to laugh.

I will be there with you every step of the way, but you need to show up and do the work. Throughout the process, we will be team-mates, a partnership, building your future together.

I will do this with and for you so that you can transform, heal, fulfil your life’s purpose …and be happy.

HOW IT WORKS

I create a safe space within which you can express anything. Even things that you may never have been able to express before. I will gently hold the space with you when needed, but also challenge you to become more resilient along the way.

We will start wherever you are, and go from there at a pace that works for you.

Using neuro-linguistic programming, mindfulness practises and transformative coaching, I will confront and transform your negative self-beliefs, help you rediscover your passions, and create the life you want to live.

Coaching with me is relaxed, informal and supportive, because I believe an authentic connection with my clients is what makes our relationship so transformational.

I am non-judgemental, validating and empathetic.

I coach intuitively, holistically and from the heart, using a range of approaches tailored to you.

MY SERVICES

BESPOKE 1:1 SESSIONS 

Our journey starts with an initial 30-minute chemistry call.

This is to find out whether we can see ourselves working together.

Which for your part is about you feeling comfortable and safe enough in my company to talk openly about your dreams, your fears and your life. And for my part is about finding out what commitment you are willing to make to yourself and whether I can support you through your transformation.

If I don’t feel we are a fit, I will be honest with you.

Then, this is usually a series of 10 sessions, which take place in person or online over the course of 12 weeks.

My programmes are bespoke to each client, and designed to bring about genuine, lasting change.
